Had a really comfortable stay on out next visit, everything was nice. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Osaka at Otemae. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Japanese Restaurant Oe that is only 5 minutes' walk away...

Their staff were not particularly welcoming.

I always come back to this hotel. The staff helped me with currency exchange recommendations, which I appreciated. It has Wi-Fi, laundry, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. It suits me perfectly. I'm coming back for a city trip.

Great location and nice neat room.

The only problem is a little bit noisy. My next door drink and chat loudly on the balcony at about 1-3am 4 out of 9 days(of course different people). I found it's hard to fall in sleep.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We were so impressed on our first stay that we stayed again next time we came through Osaka in transit back to Australia. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the 3 bed apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. It was in a great location, only minutes walk from the subway & a short walk to Osaka Castle, with a big range of restaurants and supermarkets close by. We were travelling with 2 young children (2 and 4) so all these things were very important to us. We would defniitely recommend it to our friends & is the only place we would stay in Osaka if we were to come again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such a pleasant experience!

The rooms here are super modern and look like they were just built. Plus, the view of the castle from my room was absolutely breathtaking! 🏰 I also had my own bathroom and a convenient little kitchen area.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 9-minute walk to Osaka Castle and Museum of History. It's also only a 5-minute walk from the train station. There are plenty of food options in the area. The room is spacious enough for a family of four, making it suitable for families with kids.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and they made sure that we had everything we needed. They went out of their way to assist us in navigating the city.

Weekly bicycle rent for 1050 yen. Amazing value - you can go anywhere in 15 mins without taking the subway.

No daily room cleaning, but probably why it costs less to stay there.

I like the kitchen most. I and my girlfriend can make food by ourselves.
